Shipping Information

That Girl Organics ships across the United States.

Most orders are delivered within 7-10 business days. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed during our regular business hours.

Orders placed before 9 AM Central Time, Monday through Friday, will begin processing the same day, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 9 AM Central Time will start processing the next business day.

Orders placed after 9 AM Central Time on Friday, or anytime on Saturday and Sunday, will be processed the following Monday.

To prioritize the health and safety of our Fulfillment Teams, additional safety protocols have been implemented, which may extend processing times.

Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, we’ll send you an email with tracking information so you can monitor its progress. The shipping provider will offer an estimated delivery date based on transit time.

Lost or Stolen Packages

After your order has been processed and shipped, we cannot be held responsible for delivery issues. If your package is confirmed as delivered but goes missing, you may file a claim with your local post office, or the shipping provider used during checkout.
